This is a prototype search application initiated by a member of the Federal Depository Library Council. It consists of a number of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) fugitive documents harvested from various FEMA websites. The URLs of the documents in this collection were identified by another member of the Federal Depository Library Council. The purpose of this site is to demonstrate that Depository Librarians could readily help create a full-text searchable database of electronic documents that are fugitive from the Federal Depository Library Program.
